Dried Mango

Mango, native to southern Asia, thrives in many tropical and subtropical climates and is one of the most widely cultivated fruits in the tropics. Although there are an estimated 400 varieties, only a few are suitable for dehydration, such as Kent, Keitt, Haden, Ataulfo, Kaew, and Chokanon.
