Pepitas

Pepitas, derived from the Mexican Spanish term "pepita de calabaza" meaning "little seed of squash," are edible seeds of pumpkins or other squash varieties. Typically flat, oval, and ranging from brown to green, these seeds are commonly referred to as the roasted end product. Red River pepitas are sourced from China, primarily from the northeast and northwest regions, as well as Grown Without Shell varieties, and are processed at our facility in Dalian, China to ensure high quality, food safety, and traceability.
