Quinoa

Quinoa is a seed from a tall, leafy plant related to spinach, beets, and chard, known as a pseudo-cereal due to its similar use to traditional cereals. Our quinoa is grown in the Bolivian Southern Highlands, specifically around the Salar de Uyuni Salt Sea, known for producing Quinoa Real, the highest quality quinoa in the Andean region.
