Sunflower Kernels

Sunflower kernels, derived from the sunflower (Helianthus annuus), are a versatile and nutritious snack. Native to North and Central America, these seeds are consumed both as whole seeds in-shell and as hulled kernels. They can be eaten raw (pasteurized), roasted and salted, or roasted unsalted.
